Brian Cook brings more than 30 years of construction experience to Custhome.

His career began in large-scale commercial work, where he delivered complex projects such as hospitals, high-rise buildings, luxury resorts, and adaptive reuse developments like the transformation of a Holiday Inn Express into the upscale AKA Alexandria extended-stay hotel.

He also contributed to the Fairway Villas at Seaview Marriott in New Jersey, building resort villas, a full-service spa, and a golf training center.

Today, as the founder and owner of Custhome, Brian applies that depth of experience to creating custom coastal luxury homes.

His work is defined by attention to detail, rigorous scheduling, and a clear focus on Safety, Quality, and Production (SQP).
